Class I indication for Aortic Valve Surgery:
- CHF + severe aortic stenosis + symptoms,
- CHF + severe aortic stenosis + absence of symptoms + LVEF <50%,
- CHF + severe aortic regurgitation + symptoms.

Class IIa indication for Aortic Valve Surgery:
- CHF + severe aortic regurgitation + absence of symptoms + LVEF< 50%.

Class IIb indication for Aortic Valve Surgery:
- CHF + severely reduced valve area + LV dysfunction.
