- CHF + NYHA Class II - IV symptoms + AF lasting 48 hours or longer than 48 hours and requiring cardioversion,
- CHF + NYHA Class II - IV symptoms + AF of unknown duration and requiring cardioversion.
Class I indications for long-term oral anticoagulant therapy after cardioversion:
- CHF + NYHA Class II - IV symptoms + AF lasting less than 48 hours and undergoing effective cardioversion,
- CHF + NYHA Class II - IV symptoms + AF lasting 48 hours or longer than 48 hours and undergoing effective cardioversion,
- CHF + NYHA Class II - IV symptoms + AF of unknown duration and undergoing effective cardioversion.
- CHF + NYHA Class II - IV symptoms + AF of unknown duration and requiring cardioversion.
